Kid’s Party Details

Thank you for booking your party with us! We’re so excited to get crafty with you.

Booking:

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time the party is booked. The remaining 50% of the fee (and any add-on charges) will be due 7 days before the party.

  • The base fee includes up to 14 children (including birthday kid + siblings). Additional guests are $20/person, up to 20 maximum.

Details + Policy:

  • Kids parties are 90 minutes in length. This includes 60 minutes of activity time and 30 minutes of food/cake time.

  • Families are welcome to arrive up to 20 minutes before the party. We often have back-to-back events so we ask that all guests, gits, food, etc are cleared out no later than 20 minutes after the party.

  • Space is limited in the studio so we encourage parents to drop off their kids.

  • We do not provide food, but you are welcome to bring your own food (snacks, pizza, etc.) and cake. We will help serve the food.

  • We can provide basic paper plates, cups, napkins and cutlery, but you are welcome to bring your own (incase you want to stick to a certain theme!).

  • You are welcome to bring tabletop decorations and helium balloons . Please do not bring decorations that need to be attached to the walls.

  • In the case of bad weather or other unexpected circumstances (such as a sick birthday kid) we will do our best to reschedule the party if the calendar allows but we cannot make any guarantees.

  • Some of our parties are messy! We will provide aprons but please inform your guests of this so they know to wear clothing they don't mind potentially getting messy.
